Refund policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with what you receive.

If something isn’t right, we offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you place your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please email us at hello@saltbushorganics.com.au. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your item. Returns sent back without contacting us first unfortunately can’t be accepted.

 

Damages or Issues

We pack every order carefully, but we’re human and mistakes can occasionally happen.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Banks and card providers can take a few days to process the refund, so please allow a little time for it to appear.
